Leonberg\/Utrecht, 03 September 2025 \u2013 In fall 2024, Erik Sterck GmbH and the Dutch TTNL Group entered a strategic alliance. Now the partners are taking their collaboration to the next level: The Leonberg-based hybrid IT-infrastructure specialist becomes an official part of the TTNL Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The merger is a win-win situation for both companies: On the one hand, the TTNL Group is strengthening its presence in the German market, from which it intends to expand into the entire DACH region. On the other hand, Erik Sterck GmbH benefits from access to TTNL's modern hybrid cloud platform and complementary managed services. Erik Sterck GmbH will retain its current structures and continue to operate as an independent player under its proven brand.
