Leonberg/Cologne, August 6, 2025 - The Leonberg-based system house will distribute the AI solutions of the Cologne-based start-up octonomy in the future. The partnership is an integral part of Erik Sterck GmbH's strategy to continuously expand its range of AI-supported solutions. A business unit is being set up specifically for this purpose.
The solutions offered range from digital AI co-workers for the automation of demanding support processes to intelligent assistance systems that communicate consistently via chat, email and voice. "octonomy's applications are on an almost human level. We were particularly impressed by the focus on the product, which stands out less for its market buzz and more for its practical and useful features," says Erik Sterck, CEO of Erik Sterck GmbH.
The assistance systems are available in over 30 languages and are flexibly scalable depending on capacity requirements. They are free of AI hallucinations and offer up to 80% automation potential, even for demanding processes. This makes them particularly interesting for small and medium-sized companies that, for example, depend on reliable and high-quality customer service without having the corresponding human resources. “We are delighted to have gained a strong sales partner in Erik Sterck GmbH, which has recognized the potential of our AI agents for its customers,” says Sushel Bijganath, Managing Director of octonomy. Own AI unit planned

"A lot of ideas are being developed in the field of AI that have little concrete and, above all, practical application for German SMEs. This is where we come in with our AI unit," explains Sterck. The aim is to put together a portfolio of AI solutions for companies that are suitable for everyday use and practical application. The focus is on applications that can be deployed quickly and quickly generate added value.
