Erik Sterck GmbH becomes part of the Dutch TTNL Group

Leonberg/Utrecht, 03 September 2025 – In fall 2024, Erik Sterck GmbH and the Dutch TTNL Group entered a strategic alliance. Now the partners are taking their collaboration to the next level: The Leonberg-based hybrid IT-infrastructure specialist becomes an official part of the TTNL Group.

“By joining the group, our companies are advancing their shared vision of creating a Europe-wide IT powerhouse,” says Erik Sterck, Chairman of the Board of Erik Sterck GmbH. The merger is a win-win situation for both companies: On the one hand, the TTNL Group is strengthening its presence in the German market, from which it intends to expand into the entire DACH region. On the other hand, Erik Sterck GmbH benefits from access to TTNL's modern hybrid cloud platform and complementary managed services. Erik Sterck GmbH will retain its current structures and continue to operate as an independent player under its proven brand. Erik Sterck remains involved in the management of the company as Chairman of the Management Board, while simultaneously expanding his responsibilities in driving the Group´s growth in the DACH-region.

Michel Luxembourg, CEO of TTNL Group: “In Erik Sterck GmbH, we have found a dedicated and loyal team that shares the same passion for solving complex IT challenges with the highest customer satisfaction. Moreover, we both focus on developing customer relationships with enterprises, commercial, and government organizations. Erik Sterck GmbH embraces the same drive that is also deeply rooted in the corporate culture of TTNL Group. Now that we are officially joining forces, we can further enhance and deepen our services to customers. We are very proud that Erik Sterck GmbH is part of the TTNL Group.”

Own data center “Made in Europe” planned

The joint mission of the group is to make next generation IT and cloud services accessible to all businesses across Europe. A core pillar in this strategy is establishing a fourth European datacenter zone for its cloud and managed services offering based in the Frankfurt am Main (Germany) region. “In such challenging geopolitical times, Europe's digital sovereignty is more important than ever,” says Michel Luxembourg, adding: “Together with our strong entity in Germany, we will do our part to achieve this.”
