To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Account Manager (f/m/d) who is eager to enter the field of IT sales with enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition and support of customers in the SME (B2B) segment
- Assisting the sales team with proposal preparation, pricing, and project coordination
- Conducting needs analyses and developing tailored IT solutions in collaboration with our technical consultants
- Participating in customer meetings, trade fairs, and vendor events
- Managing sales pipeline and forecasts within the CRM system
- Continuously monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. IT systems management assistant, industrial clerk) or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or IT Management
- Initial experience or strong interest in IT sales and technical topics
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation talent, and customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Team spirit, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in working with people
